Ready for silky-smooth skin and an all over body glow? Add dry brushing into your skincare routine!

How to:

On dry skin, brush in circular motions, starting from your feet upward towards your heart. Firm, small strokes are key! Harsh exfoliation is not the goal here! We always recommend dry brushing before hopping in the shower, and starting out gently twice per week until your skin builds up tolerance! As your skin builds up tolerance, you can dry brush as often as daily with light to firm pressure.

Besides it feeling great and making your skin feel softer, here are a few other key benefits:

  • Increases circulation and lymphatic flow – brushing the skin with a dry brush regularly can help stimulate normal lymph flow within the body and also helps the body detox naturally.
  • Exfoliates dead skin – brushing a firm thistle brush across the skin will help breakup and remove dead skin cells. This will help the skin look brighter and enhance radiance.
  • Reduces the appearance of cellulite – many people say the appearance of cellulite is less noticeable due to the increased blood flow and temporary plumping effect it has on the skin.

Dry Brushing Routine with FUR

First, dry brush your skin to soften your hair follicles, unclog pores and recover any dead skin.

Second, cleanse all over with FUR Body Wash. FURs body wash is a PH-balanced, restorative oil body wash that helps to hydrate and soften the skin. As you lather, the oil transforms into a velvety soft, milky wash.
